On Tuesday, April 28 Jeff Zayach, Public Health Executive Director, Frank Alexander, Housing & Human Services Executive Director, Chris Urbina, Public Health Medical Officer, and Kate Haywood, Boulder County Attorney’s Office, gave an update about the current state of COVID-19 in Boulder County and the decision to extend the state Stay-at-Home order. Boulder County Housing & Human Services director, Frank Alexander shared details about services and supports available to residents.

Along with other local public health agencies in the region, Boulder County Public Health has extended the current Colorado Stay-At-Home order through May 8 in order to develop clear strategies and guidelines for preventing a surge of COVID-19 cases when our community moves to the “safer-at-home” phase.

Boulder County has not met the conditions that need to be in place to make sure the spread of COVID-19 doesn’t resurge after stay-at-home restrictions are eased.

Please see below to view the whole video including questions submitted from the public. (Note: Due to some technical difficulties in live streaming the meeting, there are some minor pauses in the video, for the original videos please visit the Boulder County Public Health Facebook page.)
