[WEBINAR] Friday Lunch Series: Recovery & Resilience - Recruiting and Retaining Employees

May

Fri May 22nd  11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Online

Facilitated by Pikes Peak SBDC

Topic: Disaster Mitigation

Description:

The COVID-19 Pandemic has placed unprecedented pressure on both the employer and employee. Federal programs have required both to follow strict guidelines for both loan programs through the CARES Act and Pandemic Unemployment assistance. As a small business owner, balancing the wellness of your employees, the ability to recruit them back and retain them requires strategic planning. Join the Colorado SBDC Disaster Recovery and Continuity Program, the Pikes Peak Workforce Center, and El Paso County Economic Development to learn methods to recruit and retain your employees.

Our panelists will take questions during the last 30 minutes of this webinar.
