The Critical Home Repair Intern will work with the construction team to support affordable housing in the St Vrain Valley. Projects will primarily include home repair projects in Dacono CO, but will also include the new construction of single family attached and detached homes. Typical Critical Home Repair projects include EPDM roofing, tub to shower conversions, flooring, and window replacement. Possible workdays will be Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on the construction site. 3 additional hours per month allotted for online or in-person training and certification classes
