Business Description
HOPE provides around the clock services with 3 current programs, Sheltering, Street Outreach, and an Outreach Center. At all locations we have bilingual case managers to help unhoused individuals with their housing goals, food insecurity, and case management. We build relationships with those needing housing, we offer coordinated entry homeless assessment to determine which shelter people are referred to. We shelter out of two churches one at a time every night and provide a hot meal at both sites and showers at one. We have our brochure and our food bank information in both English and Spanish.
