What is the Latino Chamber?

The Latino Chamber of Commerce promotes economic development, growth, and sustainability for its members by enabling access to business opportunities and developmental resources through strategic initiatives.

 

At the Latino Chamber, we are “Connecting Cultures and Communities through Business” by providing business development services, networking opportunities, and advocacy for Boulder County businesses.

Maximize Latino economic development and job creation through advocacy and programs that generate success and value.

VISION

To build, strengthen, and promote the interests of Latino businesses.

OUR GOALS

  • To promote awareness and preservation of the Latino heritage.

  • To bridge the gap between Latino and all other business.

  • To promote the environmental, economic, social, and educational needs of the Latino community.

  • To promote wealth creation for the Latino community.

  • To promote and influence representation in major issues of public policy.

  • To partner with other organizations to advance our interests.

We are a voice for underserved and underrepresented communities. We strive to connect all businesses regardless of municipalities. We are a multicultural, multilingual organization. We have international exposure and experience. We support and specialize in immigrant population needs.

Carla Colin, President 

Since becoming President of the Latino Chamber of Commerce, Carla Colin has led its transformation from a volunteer-run organization to one with a dedicated team of three full-time staff members. Under her leadership, membership has grown from 125 active members to over 400, expanding the Chamber’s reach and impact. She has also spearheaded new and ongoing partnerships that have strengthened the Chamber’s ability to support Latino entrepreneurs, foster economic development, and advocate for historically underserved communities. Through strategic initiatives and community-driven programs, Carla continues to create equitable opportunities for business growth, sustainability, and generational wealth.

Diana Bustillos, Marketing & Events Coordinator

Diana plays a key role in promoting the Chamber’s mission by planning and executing impactful events, developing marketing strategies, and fostering community engagement. She organizes networking opportunities, business workshops, and cultural celebrations that support Latino entrepreneurs and professionals. Through social media, branding, and outreach efforts, Diana helps amplify the Chamber’s initiatives, connect businesses, and create spaces where the Latino business community can thrive.
