Empowered Women Group
(Year-Round Program | Spring Conference)
ABOUT

The Empowered Women Group (EWG) is a year-round leadership and professional development initiative designed to empower women through education, mentorship, and meaningful connections.

The program consists of three key components:
-
10-Month Mentorship Program pairing mentors and mentees to foster personal and professional growth.
-
Monthly Bilingual Development Sessions featuring workshops, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, wellness, and career advancement.
-
Annual Bilingual Empowered Women Conference, held each spring, bringing together inspiring speakers, educational panels, and an awards ceremony celebrating women who are making a lasting impact in business and the community.
All women are welcome to participate. While the Latino Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate and support Latino entrepreneurship, the Empowered Women Group is an inclusive program open to women of all backgrounds, with bilingual programming designed to make learning, networking, and leadership development accessible to a diverse community.
Together, these three components create a supportive community where women can grow their confidence, expand their networks, develop new skills, and build sustainable careers, businesses, and legacies.
